OIML and any of its representatives are not authorised to provide personal financial advice in relation to any financial products issued by OIML nor at all. This means that any advice provided to you in relation to these products has been prepared without taking into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. You should therefore consider the appropriateness of the advice in light of your own objectives, financial situation or needs, before acting on the advice. If the advice related to the acquisition or possible acquisition of a particular financial product, you should obtain a copy of and consider the product disclosure statement and/or the prospectus for that product before making any decision. Providing instructions to OIML You can give OIML instructions by telephone, mail, email, fax or via the website. Some financial products may call for special instruction arrangements, this will be detailed in the relevant product disclosure document or prospectus. Personal information OIML handles any personal information collected in accordance with the National Privacy Principles, as detailed in its privacy policy. A copy of the privacy policy is available from this website. Investment Risks When providing you with general advice about any financial products it has issued, OIMLs representative will give you a product disclosure statement or a prospectus before you can apply for any financial products. These documents explain the risks associated with a subscription for financial products issued by OIML. If you have any questions about these risks prior to investing you should ask your advisor or call OIML on (03) 8615 1200. OIMLs Representatives, Remuneration and Conflicts of Interest Any financial services offered are provided by representatives of OIML. OIML will therefore be responsible for any financial services that your advisor provides. Before providing you with any financial services, OIMLs representative will provide you with an FSG which includes their name and contact details, and sets out how they are remunerated for their services and any conflicts of interest they may hold. Payments to OIML or its representatives for financial services Other than management fees and any other fees and expenses it is entitled to charge and be reimbursed for, as set out in the constitution of each trust, OIML does not charge any other fees for the financial services it delivers. The product disclosure statement for each trust sets out the remuneration OIML is entitled to receive in relation to that trust. OIMLs pays professional fees to some of its directors. Where your adviser is also an employee of Timbercorp Limited, your advisor will not be paid any commission by OIML. Where your advisor is not an employee of Timbercorp Limited, your advisor will be paid a commission by OIML for providing you with general advice about its financial products.
